The City of Hermantown offers an online payment option through our secure, third-party vendor, www.paygov.us. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (American Express is not accepted), but there is a $1 convenience fee for transactions less than $33 and a 3% convenience fee for transactions more than $33.
To utilize the online payment option, you will need your account number, account name, and service address. Questions related to charges made to your credit card should be directed to PayGov.us via their website at www.paygov.us or by calling 866-480-8552, which is available 24 hours a day.
The amount of your monthly utility bill can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date. The due date is the 20th of each month, except when that day is a weekend or holiday – then it will be deducted on the following business day.
If you want to receive your bill through e-mail, the form below grants that option. You will receive your e-mail bill on the 1st of the month, unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday – then it will be sent on the following business day. You may use more than one e-mail address if you prefer.
Postcard bills will be mailed on the last business day of each month and, pending your location, should be received by mail on or near the 1st of each month. If you do not elect to do e-mail billing, you automatically receive a postcard bill from the City.
