The Utility Billing Department is located at 5105 Maple Grove Road.  Our office hours are

• Transfer of Ownership (Existing Service)

           -  Application for Water Service

           -  Application for Sewer Service

• Licenses and Permits

           -  Excavating Contractor License Application

           -  Hold Harmless Agreement (Include with License Application)

           -  Excavating Contractor Permit Application

           -  Consent to Excavating Contractor Permit (Include with Permit Application)

• Assessment Searches (Water, Sewer & Road)

           -  Request Form

• City Contracts (8% Interest Rate for 10 Years)

           - Available for Water & Sewer Availability Charges and Sewer Hook Up Charges

           -  Water Service Agreement

           -  Sewer Service Agreement
