Data request forms are available at the Hermantown Police Department Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You may also print out a request form and return it to the police department by fax or mail.
Clerical staff will call you at the number you provide to let you know when your report is ready. We make every possible effort to get your requested reports to you in a timely manner; however, it may take up to ten days to process your request. Reports may be restricted as deemed appropriate by the City Attorney and/or clerical staff. Reports that are under investigation may not be immediately released.
