NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermantown Police Department will be holding a public electronic auction for Police Department Forfeited Vehicles. Vehicles are electronically posted on the world wide web site www.propertyroom.com.
The listed vehicles are property that has been forfeited by the Hermantown Police Department/Lake Superior Drug & Gang Task Force and can be viewed through pictures on the website and also at the Hermantown Police Department, 5111 Maple Grove Road, Hermantown, Minnesota, through appointment only.
All vehicles are titled and are being sold in "as is condition." All vehicles have been started recently, but their mechanical condition is unknown. There is no warranty. Buyer must transfer title as required by Minnesota Statute.
