The Utility Commission consists of 5 members and meets the fourth Tuesday of every month.  All meetings are open to the public unless involving matters for which meetings may be closed.  The Utility Commission manages the water and sewer utility department and is responsible for making recommendations to the City Council regarding improvements to be constructed and financed.
