Monitors the cable company franchise, submits annual reports assessing the cable company's performance, makes recommendations for upgrading the cable system and for expenditures of the franchise fees. 

The Cable TV Commission meets on call the 2nd Thursday on a quarterly basis at 7:00 p.m.
