Responsible for hearing and deciding upon administrative appeals and requests for variances.  In addition, the board establishes applications, checklists, and procedures to assist in matters handled by the board.  The City Council may delegate additonal functions to the board through resolution.

The Board of Appeals and Adjustments meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month  at 7:30 p.m.
